Funny, I was just thinking of you so much the other day and just now your memory page popped up in my email...
I didn´t know you very long but the times we shared at BHS and nice times (with Kitty too) will always be in my thoughts...

A decade has now passed, and the void remains. Your Yale/Davenport friends still interact often, and many times thoughts of you still come up, as you were such a large part of our closest group. The great memories remain, and the stories of the great times we had with you still put smiles on our faces, overcoming the sadness of your loss. You still are with us in that way, my dear friend, even though we miss you greatly.

9 years, but still fresh in our thoughts and hearts. I just got back from visiting Chris Carosa in Rochester, and memories of you came up a number of times. In that way, you remain with us, even while we miss you so much - forever a part of our Yale 82 crew!

Wow, 6 years gone - it doesn't seem that long, and the sadness remains fresh. We had a Yale/Davenport webcam yesterday, and your wit was missed, as it always was a welcome addition to the group! The great memories persist, so you stay very much alive in our thoughts.
Miss you my dear friend, Tom

My dear friend I am reading some friends entries who were with you in the epic Palm Beach trip when I was in Delray with friends from Barnard, and I remember being 10 or 11 and playing a board game in Wilson Point while our mothers had tea together and then later, when I was living I nyc after Barnard, the welcome you and my dear godmother, your mother, always gave me when I was tired at the end of work day at the Met. And more recently being with you and Kitty at my daughter, your god daughters wedding. I never thought that would be the last time. I'm so happy to know Kitty now. Think of you often

Oh Gordon, I will never forget our driving trip to Palm Beach & Disney Land when we were so much you're with Jamie Rose & staying at Warren Cramer's incredible guest house. You were in a cast from having been hit by a NYC cab. Always with a sense of humor and an intelligent observer. You will be missed, dear friend.

Gordon- Over many bus rides, meals and concrete block hauls in Ghana, you shared your warmth, wry humor , kindness and intelligence with us all. You were quirky, fascinating and, most of all, a true gentleman who thought of and cared for others first. Your spirit and generousity will be sorely missed. You are much loved. My condolences to Kitty and the family for their great loss.

Gordon, you always had a great sense of humor. I will never forget our high school era drive to Florida, you with a cast from getting hit by a New York cab? Getting on Space Mountain at Disney World with the cast and then staying in that beautiful oceanside house of the Cramer's, which John Lennon & Yoko Ono eventually rented. Rest in peace, old friend.

He was always a gentleman in every sense of the word. Sharing my "bright college years" with Gordon was a delight I shall cherish until the end of my days. My heart and my prayers go out to you, Kitty, and your children and to all who hold him dear. I had the great good fortune to speak with him earlier this year. He was overflowing with his love for you and his pride in the boys. May God give you the strength and comfort you need to see you through this difficult time.

Gordon - it was a shock to learn from Kitty that you were gone. Even though we knew you were ill, your sense of humor, your warmth, and your indomitable spirit gave us the hope that you would be with us longer. We will miss you at the construction site for the ICT Center in Ghana, but I suspect that we will all work all the harder to honor you.

I am shocked to hear the news. I have the greatest memories of the generosity, inventiveness and all round fun that Gordon brought to anything he was involved in. Laser shows, set building or a good pub crawl, Gordon was in. I think I last saw Gordon, Kitty and the boys on a foggy afternoon in Maine, but it doesn't matter exactly. I still see him smiling and hear his laugh.
Celebrate the man and miss him well. I will.
