I had the pleasure of meeting Bob through his daughter Susan, of Blessed Memory in the early 1980's. I went on to know him through the Emanu-El Men's Club.
I also had the honor / pleasure of Ushering with him on the Center Aisle for High Holidays for over 20 years.
He was a man of great wisdom, devotion and kindness. His presence shall be missed.
