STEVEN BROAD Obituary
57. On behalf of Israel Discount Bank of New York we mourn the loss of our esteemed colleague, Steven Broad. Putting passion before profit, throughout his career, Steven arranged numerous financial transactions for scores of nonprofits, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, charities and cultural organizations. Steven joined the Bank in 2011 to focus on this sector, where he continued helping hospital networks expand into lower income areas and championing the developmentally disabled. His dedication and warm friendship will be truly missed. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his partner of 23 years, Michael Rosenson, his father Daniel Broad, his sister Jacqueline Stein, (Dr. Kenneth Stein) and his nieces Ariel and Gillian. Services will be held at Riverside Memorial Chapel on Thursday, September 24, 2015. Riversidememo rialchapel.com (212)-362-6600. My wife and I did not have the pleasure of ever having met Steven but we are good friends of his father Daniel from our many winters in Scootsdale where we are neighbors. We know how proud Dan is of Steven. We only wish that we were closer to help you through this difficult time Dan. Our love and prayers are with you and your family.
