ANDREW FREUND Obituary
died on December 8 after a period of declining health. Born May 29, 1934, in New York City to the late Ruth Heller Freund and Dr. Meyer H. Freund, Andrew attended the Horace Mann School and Yale College. He worked his entire professional life in banking. Funny, smart, warm and endlessly thoughtful, Andrew loved books, sports (the New York Rangers, in particular), theater, his family and friends. Survivors include his brother, John, five nephews and nieces, 13 great-nephews and great-nieces and his longtime friend Nancy Morse and her sons, Richard and Michael Turits, and their families. Funeral was private.

so weird, I had a sentimental remembrance of Andy and am so sad he has passed. We were boyfriend and girl friend when he was at Horace Mann. The old days we were "pinned" He was my first boyfriend and such sweet memories. I am 86 married 45 years and living in Oklahoma. My sympathy to the family for the loss of a wonderful person
