MALCOLM SHELDON Obituary
Lee, passed away peacefully at home on December 31st, 2016 at the age of 89. He is survived by his beloved wife Ruth Sheldon, son Larry Koffler, daughter-in-law Irina and grandson Henry. Best brother to Alice Kanrich, the late Marc Sheldon and sister-in-law Annette, fun loving uncle to Jeff and Andy Kanrich, his wife Denise and great-uncle to Jaclyn, Charley, Jamie, Shira, Mark, Benjamin and Daniel. Malcolm served in the Merchant Marine in 1945 and graduated from Yale University in 1950. A devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend, he was a world traveler, gifted athlete, patron of the arts, lover of life and a compassionate and consummate gentleman. Funeral Services will be held at Cedar Park Cemetery, NJ on January 3 at 10:30am. Memorial service and celebration of Malcolm's life will be held in New York in early February, details to follow.
