Gilfillan. Born Barnet, VT, October 15, 1930. Deceased March 12, 2017, New York City. As Actress, a Founding Member of the Williamstown (MA) Theater Festival playing lead roles there over many seasons. Filmography at www.imdb.com Graduate of Wellesley College 1952, Yale School of Drama 1955. Survived by Tony Converse, her Husband of 54 years, Sons Anthony and Alexander and four Grandchildren.

I'm so sorry to hear of Sue Ann's passing. She was a sweet and down-to-earth woman who I often remember very fondly. She used to make me laugh when I worked for Tony.

Having had the honor to hold Sue Ann's hand on several occasions: was to hold on to the warmest radiance of love and tenderness. A connection I will never forget and will always miss deeply.

I have such wonderful memories of the time that I spent with Sue Ann. She was an incredibly beautiful human - on the outside and inside - one classy lady!! We had many great laughs together and I will always consider myself lucky that I got to spend time with her. We love you Sue Ann!
