I'M VERY SORRY TO LEARN OF RICHARD'S PASSING. WHEN HE WORKED FOR THE CITY OF POUGHKEEPSIE, I WOULD SEEK HIS KNOWLEDGE FOR MY PENDING TRIALS. RICHARD WAS ALWAYS KIND AND A GENTLEMAN. YEARS LATER I WOULD HAVE NICE CONVERSATIONS WITH HIM AT A LOCAL COLLEGE LIBRARY . HE WOULD MAKE ME FEEL IMPORTANT .
