Cynthia Dexter Schell

Cynthia Dexter Schell, artist and lover of life and nature, died October 30, 2006, surrounded by beloved family and friends. Cynthia was born in Franklin, TN on January 12, 1949. Cynthia was predeceased by her father, Dr. Fred G. Schell. Family members who survive her are her mother, Cynthia T. Schell, Lander, WY; Frank T. Schell and wife, Melody, Hendersonville, NC; Tim N. Schell, Dubois, WY; Carla Dimmitt Schell, Asheville, NC; A. Reid Schell and wife, Rene', Lander, WY; E. Alden Schell, San Francisco, CA; and many loving friends across the country. Cynthia graduated from Auburn High School in 1967, received a B.A. from the University of Louisville in 1972, and earned an M.Ed at Vanderbilt University in 1993. A memorial service will be held on December 3, 2006, in Asheville, NC. Contributions may be made to the Cynthia D. Schell Charitable Trust, 73 White Bridge Rd., #103-113, Nashville, TN 37205.
