Stefanie Fay Haley(1938 - 2013)

Stefanie Fay Haley
ODESSA Stefanie Fay Haley left us this November 24th, 2013. She began her life's run on February 3rd, 1938. Stef and John A. ranched in Loving and Winkler Counties for the last 49 years.
She was an avid proponent of the National Rifle Association of America and our second Amendment rights, as a constitutional scholar.
She was involved in all aspects of her home counties, supporting community programs such as the 4-H, all youth sports, academic and scholastic programs in local and state schools.
Stef was current president of the Winkler County Hospital Board, past president of the Kermit Chamber of Commerce, lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 339, and the Ladies Auxiliary of the V.F.W. Post 6284.
Stef was also very vocal and active in our government, fighting to help preserve our rights as citizens.
She is survived by 5 children: Alan and wife Barbara; Mark; Michele; Mary Nell and husband Raymond Thomas; John E. and wife Amy; 12 grandkids and a batch of great grandkids; her sister Rosalie and husband Ken Muldoon. There is not room enough to list the wonder friends, but rest assured you are not forgotten.
