Claudine Hudson Obituary

ODESSA Claudine Mae Hudson, 81, of Odessa went to her heavenly home Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Deerings Nursing Home. She was born September 21, 1931 in Wichita, Kansas to Roy Coleman & Edith Lynn (Davis) Murray. She was a homemaker & a member of Life Change Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Durwood Hudson, daughters, Cindy Brown & Beth Anne Hudson, (4) brothers, Paul, Dennis, Roy Gene, & Clarence Hudson, (3) sisters, Charlotte Montgomery, Shirley Matthews & Roberta Perkins.
She is survived by her daughters, Claudia Anderson, Cathy Thomason & husband Rev. Johnny Thomason all of Odessa, (9) grandchildren, & (17) great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 7, 2013 at Life Change Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member, with Rev. Johnny Thomason officiating.
She loved her church and her "Women of Worth" Bible class. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Life Change Baptist Church, P.O. Box 2312, Odessa, TX 79760.
Services entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
