Janet L. Falk Obituary
SANTEE, CALIF. Janet L. Falk passed away January 15, 2013, with her beloved family at her side. Jan was born March 27, 1952, in Monroe, WA., to Cleda and Allen Falk. She attended Bowie Jr. High and Odessa High School.
Prior to her illness Jan had a logistics and marketing talent. Jan never met a stranger. She was a Christian and read her bible regularly.
Jan leaves behind two children – daughter, Kimberly Friar Papstein and her husband Greg Papstien, and her son Jeff Wallace and his wife Elizabeth Wallace, all of San Diego, Ca. She also leaves behind four grandchildren, Leighanna Brook Papstien, Gregory Arnold Papstein III, Jackson Alex Wallace and Hadley Grace Wallace, whom she adored.
Jan is survived by her mother, Cleda Jean Waddington and step-father, Jim Waddington of Hamby, TX, as well as two brothers, Dale Falk and wife Benita of Atlanta, GA, and David Falk and wife Leeann of Austin, TX. She also left behind a half-sister, Angie Searls of Portland, OR., and two nephews, DJ and Chad Falk of Atlanta, GA., and many friends.
Jan will have a full military funeral and be buried at the Miramar AFB in California on February 15, 2013.
