To Velma and Family: You and Joe got married while my husband were in high school and we remember you well. Joe was Bobby's coach and teacher. Also Bobby was best friends with Bob Kennedy, Joe's cousin. I never had Coach for any classes but was a cheerleader and very athletic during my high school years so I certainly had contact with Coach, and now very special memories of him; both me and my husband.
May God comfort you during this time of the loss of your Joe. Our prayers are with you.

JOE WAS MY COACH BACK IN THE 5O'S IN KERMIT. I ALWAYS ENJOYED TALKING TO HIM WHEN I VISITED THE BABCOCKS NEXT DOOR. A GREAT COACH, TEACHER, AND HUMAN BEING. DON PERRY CLASS OF '56
