Donald Cox Obituary
Donald was born on Feb. 17, 1931 in Electra, Texas to Carl Monroe and Ethel Marie Lorrens Cox. He married Adyline Jane Luttrell on May 15, 1954 in Kennedale, Texas. He was the owner and operator of Lyles Sporting Goods and Pawn shop in Monahans for years. Donald was a US Air Force veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his step father, Lyle Saunders; and 1 son, David Wayne Cox.
Donald is survived by his loving wife, Jane Cox; daughter, Donna Allerkamp of San Antonio; 2 grandchildren, Cody Allerkamp and Amy Allerkamp; and 5 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, August 10 from 2-4 PM.

So sorry for your loss. It was a pleasure to have known Mr. Cox and have the opportunity to work with him during his therapy. He was a very hard worker and gave his all throughout each day. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time, I'm so sorry for your loss.
