Gary P. "Buck" Mayle, 67, of Waynesburg, died Friday, January 12, 2018, in St. Clair Hospital, Mt. Lebanon.

He was born June 13, 1950, in Waynesburg, a son of the late Donald and Maxine Mayle.

Mr. Mayle served in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked as a coal miner for Cumberland Coal Co.

He was an avid hunter, fisherman and baseball and softball player.

Mr. Mayle was a member of United Mine Workers of America, American Legion Post 330, Waynesburg, and Anawanna Club, Amity.

Surviving are a granddaughter, Sydney Mayle (Dan Patterson) of Waynesburg; a grandson, Donald Woodrow Bedilion of Alabama; a great-grandchild, Keagan Patterson; four sisters, Olga Emerson of Lower Burrell and Donna Mayhle, Janice VanDruff and Cindy Crayne, all of Waynesburg.

Deceased are a daughter, Lori Mayle Bedilion, a granddaughter, Susan Grace Bedilion; a brother, Arthur Woodrow Mayle; and two sisters, Norma Whitlatch and Carolyn Sue Shoemaker.

At the request of the deceased, arrangements are private and entrusted to Behm Funeral Home, 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370.
