On Friday evening, May 9, 2014, our beloved Nicholas Edward "Nick" Fraticelli went to join our Savior Jesus in heaven at the age of 23 years.Mr. Fraticelli was loved by all who knew him and will be profoundly missed by both family and friends.Surviving are his parents, Ed and Mary Lou Fraticelli, and his little sister, Katy (Kathryn).He was the grandson of Edward L. Fraticelli, Deanna Fraticelli and the late Edward and Kathryn Glod and great-grandson of the late Lillian Weitz. He had countless loving aunts, uncles and cousins, both living and deceased, who loved him very much.Mr. Fraticelli was a 2010 graduate of Peters Township High School. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends and loved family get-togethers. Great comfort has been taken from the many text and social media messages that have been sent from his friends all over the country. His family is overjoyed to know so many others were touched by him and helped by him and saw the beauty in him.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 24, in St. Benedict the Abbot Catholic Church, 120 Abington Drive, McMurray, PA 15317. Before the funeral and beginning at 11:30 a.m., there will be a greeting time in the narthex (entrance) of the church.
