Edna M. Lash, 89, of Pittsburgh, died Saturday, June 21, 2014, in UPMC-Mercy hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born March 3, 1925, in Venetia, a daughter of William and Myrtle Bauer Lash.
Ms. Lash was a member of Wright's United Methodist Church in Venetia.
She was skilled at embroidery and an avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan that had a sweet and gentle spirit.
Surviving are a brother, the Rev. Robert S. Lash of Freedom; a nephew, Kenneth (Linda) Lash; four nieces, Linda (James) Puhala, Kathy (William) Fuller, Rita Lash and Cindy (Charles) Lash-Finder; several great-nieces and nephews; and the dedicated staff and her loving second family at Oakleaf Personal Care Home.
Deceased are two brothers, Charles and James Lash.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and 10 to 11 a.m., the time of service, Tuesday, June 24, in Kegel Funeral Home Inc., Tim P. Kegel, supervisor, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville.
