Mary Martha Jurovcik

Mary Martha Jurovcik, 46, of Waynesburg, formerly of Bentleyville, died unexpectedly Thursday, January 7, 2016, in her home.
She was born December 12, 1969, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Paul and Martha Lee Kline Jurovcik.
Mrs. Jurovcik was a 1988 graduate of Bentworth High School. She earned her bachelor of arts degree in international studies from California University of Pennsylvania in 1993 and received her Central Sterile Certification from Carlow University in 1998.
From 2001 until 2012, she was a traveling certified registered central service technician, which enabled her to venture all over the United States. From February 2013 until her death, she was employed as a central sterile technician at Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.
She attended First United Methodist Church in Waynesburg, where she supported Erin's Inside/Out Cafe.
Mrs. Jurovcik loved spending time with family and close friends. She was the type of person who would go out of her way to help others. In her travels, she visited more than two dozen national parks and also enjoyed reading and crocheting.
Surviving are a brother, Paul Jurovcik Jr. and wife Kara of Scenery Hill; a sister, Beth A. Jurovcik-Walsh and husband John of Houston, Texas; niece and nephew Lauren and Adem Jurovcik, with whom she loved spending time with; and three aunts, Barbara "Aunt Bubs" Falappi, JoAnn Ward and Carolyn Kokoska.
Family and friends are invited to attend a service of remembrance and celebration at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 12, in First United Methodist Church, 112 North Richhill Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370 with the Rev. Gary Grau officiating. Interment will be private and in Monongahela Cemetery.
