Alberta Mae Lute

Alberta Mae Lute, 96, of Masontown, formerly of Clarksville, peacefully entered the heavenly gates to be with her Lord and savior Thursday, August 11, 2016, in her home.
She was born January 20, 1920, in Smethport, McKean County, a daughter of the late Francis Leroy and Rosetta Viola Baker LeBarron.
Mrs. Lute was a homemaker.
She was a member of Masontown Brethren Church and was known as a prayer warrior in the church.
On December 6, 1936, she married Robert H. Lute, who died March 10, 1996.
Surviving are seven children, Charlotte Fox of Palmyra, N.Y., Shirley Randall of Waynesburg, Robert Lute Jr. of Troupsburg, N.Y., Betty Lockard of Raven, Va., Richard Lute of Memphis, Tenn., Debbie (Wayne) Sutch of Ellsworth and Kenneth (Kay) Lute of Morgantown, W.Va.; two daughters-in-law, Judy Lute of Masontown and Terri Lute of Guam; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Larry Lute and James Lute; two infant children, Norma June and Paul David; a sister, Erna Griest; a brother, Paul LeBarron; and three sons-in-law, Glenn Fox, Robert Randall and Scott Lockard.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Masontown Brethren Church, 110 West Church Avenue, Masontown, PA 15461, where services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, August 15, with the Rev. Rodney Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Masontown Brethren Church, 110 West Church Avenue, Masontown, PA 15461.
