Ocala - Mr. Robert Leroy Clark, age 88, transitioned on October 17, 2013 at the Legacy House.
He was a retired welder. Mr. Clark is a veteran of the United States Military (Army) and served in the Korean War.
He leaves to cherish is precious memories, devoted wife of 58 years Mrs. Essie L. Pullings Clark; children SFC Ret. Totiro T. (Mercy) Clark, Omega M. Clark, Robert L. Clark, Charmaine R. Carden, Castella L. (Ret. Petty Officer First Class James) Farmer, Jocelyn L. Clark, Sgt. Damell L. (Angela) Clark; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters Alice (John) Boatwright, Josephine Alexander, Vivian Carter Beckley; sister-in-laws Carolyn Johnson, Barbara Pullings, Emma Pullings, Joyce Pullings(Riley) Mamie Clark, Carolyn McLaughlin and Willie Jean Pullings; brother-in-laws Virgil (Senia) Pullings, Donald (Mary) Pullings, Jake (Ilene) Pullings, Chester (Mattie) Pullings; Aunt Florrie Graham; a host of relatives and sorrowing friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Robert L. Clark will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday. October 26, 2013 at Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Otis Williams, Pastor. Interment will immediately follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday at Hadley-Brown & Paulk from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m.. Professional services are entrusted to Hadley-Brown & Paulk Funeral Home, 127 N.W. 20th Street, Ocala, Florida (352) 620-0573.
