CARSON, RONALD LEE, 75
Ocala - Ronald Lee Carson, age 75, of Ocala, FL passed away January 22, 2013 at his home under the loving care of his family.
Born on August 29, 1937 in Memphis, TN, Ronald moved to Marion County 33 years ago to become a self employed masonry contractor. After retirement he continued his craft by teaching Masonry at the Orange County Jail and school system.
Ronald will be honorably remembered for being a loving husband, a devoted father and loyal friend. He was an accomplished musician and song writer, who also loved to fish, hunt and gather with friends and family to watch the Gators play!
Survived by his wife Linda of 53 years; three daughters, Tammy Law and husband Tony, Regina Eagle and husband Don, Kelly Schlinger; three brothers Mike and Joe Carson, James Keys and one sister Janice Carter; five grandchildren; CJ Gallegos, Cory, Carson and Hope Crumpton, Aubrey Schlinger and two great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday January 27th, 2013 at the Ocala Elks Lodge. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ocala Elks Club.
