Gregg Altman Obituary
Douglas, GA - Mr. Gregg Lamar Altman, age 43, of Douglas passed away Saturday evening, May 7, 2011, at the Coffee Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness. Mr. Altman, a native of Ocala, Florida, was a retired landscape artist. He had lived in the Douglas area for the past few years. Survivors include his mother, Donna (Bill) Brooks of Williston, Florida; his father, Jim (Bobbi) Altman of Ocala, Florida; two daughters: Kymber (Matt) Altman-Wilkinson and Amanda (Shane) Altman-Brown, all of Williston, Florida; one sister, Tracy (John) Davis of Douglas, GA; three brothers: Derek (Betty) Brooks of Douglas, GA and Will (Amanda) Brooks, of Orange Park, Florida, and Jimmy (Heather) Gilleon of Franklin, New Hampshire; grandchildren: Tatum, Justin, Rylyn, and Bailey; special niece, Stormy Davis of Douglas, GA; personal nurse, Tony Langford of Douglas, GA; special friends: the gang at the Huddle House; and several other nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on June 18 at Knauff Funeral Home, Williston, Florida. It is requested that donations be presented to Mrs. Tracy (John) Davis at 948 Green Willow Drive, Douglas, GA 31535.
