HENRY ANDREW, 94
Jacksonville - Mr. Henry Andrew Setlak, 94, of Jacksonville, died Thursday, November 3, 2011, at the Emeritus at Mandarin facility in Jacksonville. A native of West Virginia, Mr. Setlak moved to Ocala in 1972, coming here from South Florida. He remained in Ocala until the death of his wife Esther in 2007, when he moved to Jacksonville to be near his son. He was a real estate salesman, a carpenter, and later in life had a furniture repair business. He enjoyed playing golf, and while in Ocala was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his son Anthony Setlak and his wife Terri of Jacksonville. Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, November 7, 2011 at Highland Memorial Park, 1515 NE 3rd St., Ocala, with Father Michael O'Keefe officiating. Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions in memory of Henry Setlak may be made to Community Hospice of N.E. Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257.

Tony my condolences on the passing of your father. I remember vividly how he used to go to the roadrunner games at VHS and watch you play.
