DALE, IRENE S., 95
Ocala - Irene S. Dale, 95, entered peacefully into rest at 5:15 p.m., May 14, 2011, at her residence following a short illness. Irene was born September 15, 1915, in Buffalo, New York, the daughter of the late Jon and Josephine Schwendner. Irene was a resident of Florida for over 40 years coming from Warren, Ohio. She was a 1932 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School in Warren, OH and had been employed with Packard Electric in Warren, OH for 36 years. Irene enjoyed playing bingo and spending quality time with her family and friends. She was an avid collector of stuffed animals and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max Dale; her parents Jon and Josephine Schwendner and a brother, John Schwendner. Her memories will be remembered and cherished by her family; daughter, Charlene E. Jarvis of Ocala, FL, with whom she made her home; a nephew, Paul (Becky) of Uniontown, OH; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, all of Warren, OH. There will be no funeral or memorial services at Irene's request. Neptune Society handled all arrangements and cremation has taken place. The family requests all material contributions take the form of tributes to Hospice of Marion County or Hospice of the Valley in Youngstown, Ohio.

IT WAS MY PLEASURE TO KNOW IRENE AND I CONSIDERED HER MY FRIEND. I WILL REMEMBER ALL THE FUN TIMES I SPENT WITH HER, CHARLENE AND LORI AT BINGO. SHE WAS A SPITFIRE AND ENJOYED LIFE. SHE WILL MAKE HEAVEN A BETTER PLACE. DEE MCNEILL
