STEPHEN F., 64
Ocala - Stephen F. Paige, 64, born in Terre Haute, Indiana on October 11, 1946, passed away June 12, 2011. Steve graduated from the Air Force Academy, in Colorado Springs, CO in 1968. He was a pilot in the Air Force for five years. After serving in the Air Force, he graduated from Indiana University Dental School in 1973. He then went on to University of Florida where he received a degree in Orthodontics. For 30 years he practiced orthodontics in Ocala. He was a diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics. He was active in the Ocala community with Kiwanis club and his love of aviation led him to be a member of the Airport Board, where he served as President. Dr. Paige is survived by his wife, Linda, son Stephen Jr. and his wife Sandy and son Jeffrey; mother Evelyn Paige of Terre Haute, Indiana; brothers Warner Paige of Telluride, Colorado and Robert Paige of Washington, Indiana: sister Jane Paige Hardman of Telluride, Colorado; sister-in-law Cathy Cook of Tampa, Florida and brother-in-law, James Cook of Doylestown, PA. Dr. Paige is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and numerous cousins and his loving companion Annie, a cocker. Visitation will be held from 5 -7 PM, Thursday at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Service, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala. A service will take place on Friday at 2 PM at the First United Methodist Church. Dr. Paige will be buried at the Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in his name to the Kiwanis Club of Ocala or First United Methodist Church of Ocala.

My heart goes out to the Paige family, Dr Paige was a great Orthodontis. He truly loved helping people beautify their smile. I was a patient back in 1980, and then help my daughter in 05. It's an honor to have been his patient!! Ocala is lucky to have had him as a resident!!

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Dr. Paige, he was a wonderful man with a great sense of humor, not only did he give me the smile I recieve so many compliments on daily, he also gave my daughter her pretty smile too and was a customer at Deluca Toyota where I work. He will be greatly missed by many! Thanks Dr. Paige for your hard work and dedication throughout the years. God Bless ......

All three of my daughters were patients of Dr. Paige. They all have beautiful smiles due to his dedicated work. He was such a sweet, thoughtful and wonderful man. Our prayers are with the Paige family! He will be missed!
