Ocala - Mr. Kenneth L. Volk, 84, passed away in Ocala, FL on April 12, 2014.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY on September 3, 1929. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was a retired Tool and Die Engineer. He is a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and the Angelo Santos VFW (life member) both of Ocala. Ken loved sports especially baseball and played baseball for OTOW. He moved to this area in 1991 from Long Island.
Ken is survived by his loving wife Jeanette of 64 years; two sons: Kenneth Volk (Jeanne) of Port Richey, FL and William Volk (Joan) of Tinton Falls, NJ.; two daughters: Karen DeMasi (Al) of Land O Lakes, FL and Rosemarie Smith of Fruitland Park, FL.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A gathering of friends will take place at Roberts Funeral Homes Bruce Chapel West 6241 SW SR 200 (352) 854-2266 on Monday April 21st from 4-6 PM with a wake service at 4:30PM. Mr. Kenneth L.
