Ocala - Wayne T. Horan, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2008. A native of Brooklyn, New York, he came here in 1994 from Farmingville, L.I., New York and was owner and operator of Wayne's Lawn Service and Landscaping in Ocala. Wayne loved golf, fishing, and was a passionate Harley enthusiast who loved to ride. Mr. Horan was of the Roman Catholic faith. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Caroline Horan of Ocala; sons Anthony Michael and Nicholas Patrick and daughter Ashley Nicole, all of Ocala; his mother Lillian Horan of Largo; brother Christopher Horan of Farmingville, L.I., NY and sister Gracemarie Luce of Port Jefferson Station, L.I., NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 23, at 10:30 a.m. from Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Ocala with Fr. Felicito Baybay, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Ocala. Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 22nd from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, consider memorial contributions in Wayne's memory to Caroline Horan and her children. Information will be made available at a later date.
