TERESA KAY, 64
Ocala - Teresa Kay Errichiello of Ocala, Florida passed away at home on November 20th, 2013 at 3:58 p.m. after a long battle with breast cancer. Teresa was 64, she was born in Pampa, Texas on October 31, 1949 to Ilene Jones and Roy Charles Jones. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, stepmother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Teresa retired from Lucent Technologies on July 1, 2001 after a fifteen year career at AT&T and Lucent where she was a Project Manager in the Cellular Division of Bell Labs. She enjoyed traveling with her husband in their RV, visiting family and many destinations in the USA. Their dream of full-timing in their RV became a reality in 2005 when they sold their home and most of their possessions in Parsippany, New Jersey and hit the road for a full year, eventually settling in Ocala, Florida where they bought a new home in the Falls of Ocala in 2006.
Her long battle with breast cancer started in 1999 and was declared a survivor in 2004. The same cancer then reappeared in 2008 in other parts of her body. She battled this for another five and a half years before it took her life.
Her one last wish was to be with all her children at the same time before she passed. Her children from Texas (Kerri and Kenny), Arizona (Josh) and California (Jerod) flew in to be with their mom for one last time for several weeks.
Teresa touched so many lives in all the people she met. She was a good friend to many people she met while traveling and at the Falls of Ocala.
Teresa is survived by her husband Philip Errichiello; her sister Claudette of Texas; her children, Kerri Trolin and Kenny Williams of Texas, Joshua Williams of Arizona and Jerod Carlisle of California; her stepchildren in New Jersey, David and Darrin Errichiello and Dana Frasca.
