Agnes Sturm Obituary
Agnes Jean Sturm, age 69 of Suring, passed away on October 26, 2016 at Woodland Village Nursing Home in Suring. She was born on September 26, 1947 to the late Walter and Harriet (Champeau) Wilmot in Oconto Falls, WI. Agnes married Marvin Sturm Sr. on December 21, 1965. For years, she was a homemaker before working at Nicolet Bottling. She is a member at St. Michael Chute Pond Chapel. Agnes greatly enjoyed the outdoors, whether it was fishing or sitting by the campfire on the weekend. She cherished time spent with her family.
Agnes is survived by her two sons, Marvin (Nicole) Sturm Jr. of Gillett and Troy Sturm of Suring; special cousin, Christine Schwartz and her family; 4 grandchildren, Kendyl, Colten, Katelyn, and Jaydin; sister, Donna Frewerd of Oconto. Agnes is further survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin; brothers, Francis "Butch" Wilmot and William "Bill" Wilmot.
A gathering in celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home in Suring from 5 pm until the memorial service at 7 pm with Sister Marla Clercx officiating. Online condolences can be expressed at www.gruetzmacherfuneralhome.com.
