Robert Raymond Edge Robert Raymond Edge, 88 of Copley, passed away Friday, July 24th, 2015 at Hospice Care Center. Bob served in the U.S. Navy during World War II on the USS Zellars. He retired from A. Polsky Company and was a bus driver for the Copley School System for 23 years. He was very active with Living Hope United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elsie and Earnest Edge; wife, Kathryn; sister, Doris Fitzgerald; brother, Kenneth; daughter, Patty Hughes and son, Brian. Robert was survived by his brother, William (Lois); and sister, Faye (Maurice) Pudoka; and many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Hummel Funeral Home, 3475 Copley Road, COPLEY. Fraley, Shane M. - Cuyfalls  
Shane M. Fraley CUYAHOGA FALLS -- Shane M. Fraley, 44, passed away July 25th, 2015. He leaves behind his best friend and fiancé, Rebecca Wiesberger; daughter, Brieanna Hinkle; parents, Theresa and James "Duke"; grandpa, Joe; brother, Travis (Nichole); nieces, Giavanna and Arianna and nephew, Drew. In addition to many aunts, uncles, cousins and so many good friends. Peace now is what you have found, rest in God's care and know you are in our hearts forever. Cremation has taken place. Hurst Jr., Jack A. - Hudson  
Jack A. Hurst, Jr. HUDSON -- Jack A. Hurst, Jr., 75, died July 25, 2015. Born in Cincinnati, he was a 40 year Hudson resident, a U.S. Army veteran and owner of Hurst Printing Inks. Jack was a member of Northeast Ohio Craftsmen Club, Rotary International, ARRL and was a longtime member of The Chapel. Preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Betty Hurst; and sister, Diane Heichel; he was survived by his wife of 52 years, Itsuko; daughter, Pamela Hurst-Friedman (Josh); sons, Byron (Maria) and Michael (Sandra) Hurst; grandchildren, Christian and Jack Rhodes, Sophie Friedman, Aubri, Cameron and Brandon Hurst, Mackenzie and Gracelyn Hurst; sisters, Susan (Fran) Davis and Debbie (Gary) Smith and brother Bob (Wanda) Hurst. Lanigan, Wayne E. - Mogadore  
Wayne E. Lanigan Wayne E Lanigan, 76, of Mogadore, transitioned into his heavenly home on July 25, 2015 . He was born on January 31, 1939, Monaco, Pennsylvania to Kenneth (June) Lanigan. Wayne was avid sports fan. He was a member of the teamsters for 27 years. Wayne traveled over a million miles over the road. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth (June) Lanigan; Brother, Lee Lanigan. Wayne is survived by his loving wife, JoAnn; Son, Wayne E (Debbie) Lanigan II; Daughters, June (Thomas) Smetts, Tina (Richard) Smetts; Sister, Kathleen (Bill) Beckman; Sister-in-Law, Deanna Lanigan; seven grand children and four great-grand children. Letzler, Kathryn Ruth - Monroe Falls  
Kathryn Ruth Letzler Kathryn Ruth Letzler, 101, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015 in Miamisburg, Ohio. Kathryn was born October 18, 1913 in Middle Port, Ohio to the late Frank and Dale Noffsinger. An area resident nearly her whole life, she lived most recently in Munroe Falls for 31 years before moving to Miamisburg nine years ago to live with her daughter, Barbara and son-in-law Everett. Kathryn worked for 15 years as a secretary at Crawford School in Cuyahoga Falls. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Cuyahoga Falls, taking part in various women's groups. Kathryn was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years, Arnold; siblings, Myrtis Roberts, Wilma Hamilton, Eloise Adams, Harold Noffsinger, Frank Noffsinger and Eva Butters. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Everett Hamm; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Sharon Letzler; former daughter-in-law, Gay Letzler; grandchildren, Patricia (Robert) Kelly, David (Kathy) Hamm, Laura Letzler, and Kristin (Steven) Kenney; great-grandchildren, Patrick and Rachel Kenney; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday, from 10 to 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, 245 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, 44221. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. at the church, immediately following the calling hours, Rev. Dr. David Baker officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Lois A. Lorenz 7/30/1937 to 7/25/2015 Lois A. (Peterson) Lorenz, 77, passed into the Lord's loving arms Saturday, July 25, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Claire Peterson. Lois leaves behind her brother, Don (Elaine) Peterson; her two nephews and a niece; her two daughters, Linda (Rich) Kaplan, Cheryl (Scott) Jaworski; four grandchildren, Jason (Deanna), Kera (Rob), Jacqueline and Brandon; and her two great granddaughters, Isabella and Kaitlyn. Miracle, David Lloyd - Tallmadge  
David Lloyd Miracle David L. Miracle, 48, of Tallmadge, Ohio passed away Sunday, July 26th, 2015 at Akron General Hospice VNS surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 16th, 1967 to Ted R. and Annette (Novy) Miracle, Sr. in Garfield Heights, Ohio. David was a 1985 graduate of Streetsboro High School. He was an avid golfer enjoying many Mother's Days at the courses with his family. David also loved watching movies and T.V.- horror movies were his favorite. His favorite times were spent with his family and his constant canine companion, Maggie. David was famous for his fried rice and loved gardening with his mother. David is survived by his loving mother, Annette Miracle; brother, Rick (Nancy) Miracle and their children, Rick (Shannon) Ohl, Cody (Sherry) Miracle, Kellie (Marc) Work and Callen Miracle; brother, Dan (Tina) Miracle and their children, Nathan (Margaret) Miracle and Timothy (Brittaney) Miracle; sister, Laurie (Tom Kampi) Miracle; and brother, Ted (Mel) Miracle, Jr. and their children, Zak and Casey Miracle. David is also survived by the light of his life, Kathy "Pearlie" Jamisola. He was preceded in death by his father, Ted R. Miracle, Sr. and both maternal and paternal grandparents. The family will receive guests Friday, July 31st, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, Ohio from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with services beginning at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Price Sr., Paul R. - Akron  
Paul R. Price, Sr. Paul R. Price, Sr. slipped peacefully from this life on July 23, 2015 he was born on June 22, 1917. Paul was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary, of 71 years; his parents, William Owen and Lena Price, and his three siblings. He is survived by his son, Russ (Sherry) Price; daughter, Lynda Pettit; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandsons, six great-great grandchildren; and many family members. Our Dad and Grandpa loved his many fishing trips to Canada and bowling. He enjoyed making chocolate cakes and fudge for his Fairlawn Police Department friends, especially during the holidays. He retired from Firestone Tire and Rubber Company after many years of employment. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Per Paul's wishes, there will be no calling hours and cremation has taken place. 330-836-3100
