Dan and Darlene,
I'm so sorry for what has happened. I will forever miss you Dan. You were a 2nd dad to me and everything that we done together will never be forgotten. Darlene, if you read this, I'll always be your "cutie pie". Don't ever hesitate to call me if you need something. My prayers are with you both and the respective families. Dan was a good man who did many good things. He is tremendously missed by anyone who had the pleasure of having him in their life. I miss my friend. Rest in peace, buddy.

I am deeply saddened to know that Danny is gone. As my neighbor, he was a part of my life for many years. He was a wonderful neighbor and our BBQ's in the front yard are something I still miss. He absolutely LOVED my chicken fettucine alfredo, which always made me smile.

Danny was more than a neighbor though. He was a friend. Although he was always good for a laugh, I also remember so many times that he listened while I worried over important things - the kids, my marriage, etc. He listened and gave good, solid advice. He taught Cody how to shoot and watched the kids grow up. We loved him so much and it's hard to believe that he's gone.

Darlene and Family,
I will truly miss Danny. He was my neighbor for 16 years and I can honestly say that there was never a dull moment living next to him! He always "kept me on my toes" and I knew if I ever needed anything, he would always be there to help me. My Dad and him loved to talk about fishing and hunting. Danny just LOVED the trees in my yard... that is why the tulip tree that my Dad & I planted is still there (because it reminded him of my Dad), but the maple tree is now a 55' trunk with no branches - Danny, wherever you are.... the branches cannot break off and fall on your garage anymore!

My deepest sympathy to all his family and friends. I know of one friend that will miss him so badly. My dad. (Ed Speedy). Dan and my dad had been friends for at least 30 yrs. I remember when Mindy and Dee were little and the cook outs at Ralphs house. Dan was there when I got married and welcomed my husband (Rick Leitch) right into being a friend. My dad got to be with Dan on Monday and I know he will never forget the day they spent together much less all the days of fishing even on the ice. He was my dads best friend and he will be missed.

To Danny's Family-God will always be with you to comfort you. I have not seen Danny for a long time. He was my boyfriend when I was a freshman and he was a senior at Green High School, and when he joined the army. I know Danny cared alot for his mom and dad, and his sister(I called her Sue) and I'm sure he loved his wife, children and grandchildren. Cherish all the memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Karen (Kovach) Lamb

Darla, Mindy, Daniel & Family,
I wish there was something I could do or say......Danny was an amazing man who had such an incredible zest for life. He was as close to me as my own Dad and Dino during my Brown St days. Dan taught me one of the best lessons in my life. That was how to survive, and never settle for second best. To live every day like it was my last. I like to think that him and Buddy are looking for that perfect fishing hole now....If there is anything that I can do, or anything you need, please let me know. You are all in my prayers and thoughts...
