Christopher J. Pavlock Obituary
TALLMADGE -- Christopher was born on November 2, 1966 at St. Thomas Hospital in Akron, Ohio.

Chris grew up in Tallmadge, Ohio, and graduated from Tallmadge High School in 1985. Chris was a gifted athlete in all sports he played throughout his school years, including baseball, basketball and football where he earned "All-Metro" recognition. He went on to play football at Baldwin Wallace College and finished his college career at the University of Akron where he graduated with an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology.

He was employed at RJ Martin Electric as a commercial electrician.

Chris was the beloved son of John and Norma (nee Hornauer) Pavlock of Tallmadge, Ohio; he was a devoted and loving father of his two beautiful children, Owen Charles Pavlock, eight, and Carlie Marie Pavlock, six, of Tallmadge, Ohio, Owen and Carlie were the greatest gift he was ever given; he leaves behind sister, Kim (Tony) Mezzacapo of Ellet; brother, Randy (Debbie) Pavlock of Wadsworth; nieces, Natalie and Sammi; nephews, John and Josh; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Chris loved his kids more than life itself as they were his world. He was a fun loving uncle and was loved by his nieces and nephews who will forever miss his fun loving spirit.

He was a brother by which any brother would be measured. He was selfless and could be relied upon to help out at any given moment.

His friends affectionately referred to him as "Pavs" or "Pollock". Chris was a father, son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, brother-in-law, and friend who was loved and will forever be missed in our hearts.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at Our Lady of Victory, 73 North Ave., Tallmadge, Ohio with Father John Hengle officiating. Interment will be at Tallmadge Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 until 8 p.m., Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave., (On the Historic Tallmadge Circle).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Owen and Carlie Pavlock, children of Chris Pavlock's Donation Fund at any Charter One Bank.
