Donald Stillman, 83, passed away December 27, 2013.
Born in Troy, New York, Donald has lived in Akron since 1966. He retired in 1988 from the Finance Division at Goodyear Tire and Rubber with over 35 years of service. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Akron, where he also served as an elder.
Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Grace; and sister, Barbara Demers.
He is survived by daughters, Karen (Richard) France of Warren, Nancy (Kevin) Gulden of Strongsville, Donna (Randy) Nettles of Irvine, California; brothers, Edgar Stillman of Averill Park, New York, and Peter Stillman of Altamont, New York; and four grandchildren, Joshua, Lydia, Jeremy, and Casey; as well as step grandchildren, Crystal and Jeffrey.
Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at the Donovan Bagnoli Funeral Home, 339 Southwest Ave., Tallmadge, OH 44278.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. Mark Ruppert officiating at the funeral home. Interment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery for the immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
