Eugene H. Lute, born in 1926, died Feb. 5, 2008 at Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, Pa. He was 81.
He was the son of Adolphius and Margaret Miller Lute.
Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Robert and George Lute; sisters, Elsie Lute and Garnetta Stewart; he is survived by sisters, Leona Richard of Mesa, Ariz., Althea Childers of Norton, Ohio; and brother, Floyd Lute of Akron, Ohio; also numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a World War II Navy veteran and a self-employed expert craftsman.
Services and burial have taken place.
