We wish to inform friends and acquaintances, that our dear father/stepfather has passed away in Pensacola, Florida, April 19, 2013.

Lee was born in Clearfield, Pa. June 26, 1932. He learned to drive long haul trucks at an early age and spent most of his working life on the road. His long term employer was Kugler Trucking of Mogadore, Ohio. He and his loving wife, Barbara lived for many years on 11th Street in Kenmore, Ohio. He retired from Kugler's in 1986 and moved to Pensacola, Florida with Barbara, not to retire, but to work for the Pensacola Naval Air Station as a mechanic and maintenance employee.

He loved working at the Naval Air Museum helping to restore vintage airplanes and giving personal tours to his family and many friends. Oh the stories he could tell. He was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks Lodge #2108 of Pensacola, Fla.

Lee was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth; father, Harvey Sr.; sisters, Betty, Barbara A., and Mary Kay; and his loving wife of 33 years, Barbara S. (Smeal) who died in 2005.

Lee leaves behind son, Harvey L. Whitehill, III (Sonoma, Calif.); daughter, Janet Brocious (Larry Clearfield, Pa.); stepdaughter, L. Suzann VanDuzer (Timothy, Hudson, Ohio); stepson, Brian Hubler; grandchildren, Sasha Ryan, Justin Brocious, Melissa Cornell, Joshua VanDuzer; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be held in Clearfield, Pa. on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Beardsley's Funeral Home, 113 N. 3rd St., Clearfield, Pa. (814-765-5731) beardsleyfuneralhome.com
