Knowing Jesus as her personal savior, he called Hazel Brandeburg (nee Metzger), age 90, of Twinsburg, home on Wednesday, February 12, 2014.
She was the beloved wife of Ken Brandeburg for 66 years; loving mother of Gerry (Cheryl) Brandeburg and Judy Glosner; devoted grandmother of Kenny, Brad (Kim), Katie and Olivia Brandeburg, Matt and Tom Glosner; great-grandmother of Jacob, Zachary, Autumn Marie, and Nicholas Brandeburg; Godmother of six; and dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Hazel was a loving wife and mother who gave of herself to everyone and always put others first. Her passion was all about the Lord Jesus and giving to others. All who knew her have been truly blessed by her optimism, sense of humor and love.
Family will receive friends FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2014 FROM 1 P.M. UNTIL THE TIME OF HER FUNERAL SERVICE AT 2 P.M. AT THE BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 8592 DARROW RD. (ONE HALF MILE S. OF I-480 RT. 91 EXIT). Interment at Crown Hill Cemetery.
