She was born December 19, 1932 in Yantley, Alabama to the Will and Virginia Fitch, she had been a resident of this community for many years. She had been employed by Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital as a secretary for 30 years retiring in 1998. She was a member of Wesley Temple A.M.E. Zion Church, she was a member of O.E.S. Phoenix Chapter #96.
Julia was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Virginia Fitch; husband, John Hubbard; brothers, Lee John Fitch, Willie Fitch, Jimmy Fitch; sisters, Ruby Johnson, Ada B. Stone, Lillian Townsend and Ruth Williams. Julia leaves to cherish her memory daughters, Yvonne Fitch, Angela Hubbard and Lisa Sanders; sons, Gregory Hubbard and John Hubbard; sister, Ann Fitch; brother, Peter Fitch; grandchildren, Sean Forney, Andraius Hubbard, Darren Hubbard, Allen Wallace, D'Angelo Sanders; great-grandchildren, Sabree, Andraius Jr., Aliannah Hubbard, Allen Jr.; Her in-laws, The Hubbard Family; special friends, Mr. Richard and Rev. Loretta Sanders, Ollie Taylor, Beth Olmstead and Evelyn Atchison.
A special thank you to Ridgewood Nursing Home and Hospice Care Center, for the care given to our loved one during her time of need.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday at Wesley Temple A.M.E. Church, Rev. Dr. Vincent Monden officiating. Interment at Glendale Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday, from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 888 Wicket Dr.
