Larry and I worked together at the Akron Beacon Journal. As our Director of Human Resources, he was always ready with answers to the most difficult personnel questions. He was upbeat and positive and a true pleasure to work with at the ABJ. My condolences to the family.

I met Larry when we both went to Kent State. It has been many years since I have talked to Larry, but will never forget him. He was a great guy and he will always have a special place in my heart.

I was a friend of Larry's during our high school years. He went to St. V's and I went to Cuyahoga Falls HS. He would come over with Bill Lane, John Howard, and Gary Kuneman and play cards with my dad (who loved those guys). I saw Larry last summer and am so glad I was able to rekindle our friendship then. I waited until today, Memorial Day, to say what I could about Larry and all the VietNam vets who gave so much in a controversial war. God Bless You All and most of all God Bless Larry...may you find peace at last.

Anyone who attended the St. Vincent High School production of The Music Man in 1963 will remember Larry's impeccable rendition of "Trouble in River City." As we applauded him then, I now applaud the testimony of his well lived life.

Please accept our sympathy. We have wonderful memories of living "right-behind" Larry & family when they lived on Kenneth Road & we lived on Hile Road. Susie & our Becky were childhood friends.
Our prayers are with you,
Tom & Kay Oliver

Please accept my condolences. I knew Larry as a great guy through basketball at Oak Park and Lion's Park, and my friends at Immaculate heart and St. V's.

Mrs. Dubravetz, Jim, Diane, and Susie -
We are very saddened to hear of Larry's passing. Be comforted in knowing that he's not suffering or in pain any longer. We have many fond memories of Larry when he was part of our family and he's left a wonderful legacy with Susie and the twins.
God Bless,
Tom, Amy (Hague) and Megan Miller
