Louis S. "Popeye"


Louis S. "Popeye" Andonian, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Dec. 5, 2004, after a lengthy illness. He was 81.

Louis was loved by all, a World War II veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, a devout Catholic who loved golfing and spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Archag and Estelle; sisters, Viola, Edna, and Helen; and brother, Paul. Louis is sur vived by his loving wife of 57 years, Dorothy (Harvey) Andon ian; son and daughter-in law, Gary and Laura Andonian; son, Tom; daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Douglas Winter; grandchildren, Janae (Mike) Loughry, Louis, Cody, Jesse, Justin, and Vincent; great-grandchildren, Guy and Max; sister, Rosemary "Cam" Kinsinger; brother, Tom; many nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, 2004, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church. There will be no calling hours or flowers accepted.
