Margaret S. McClellan, 85, passed away January 23, 2013.|
Born in Parsons, W. Va., she was an Akron area resident most of her life. Margaret was the longtime owner of Fabric and Freight Mart in Barberton.
Preceded in death by her husband, William; granddaughter, Kim Jenkins Kumke; sister, Vera Franzemann; and special friend, Michael Zanko; Margaret is survived by her daughters, Sally (Edward) Jenkins and Rosemary (Robert) Davis; grandchildren, Heather (Todd) Durfee, Holly (Alex) Woods, Noah and Thomas Davis; four great-grandchildren; brother, Edward Getz; and sister, Mary Ellen Reed.
Service will be held 1 p.m. MONDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., with Rev. Dennis Woodruff officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home SUNDAY from 2 to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to 24 Hours of Booty benefitting cancer research.
