BARBERTON -- Albert C. Roth, born July 15, 1934 in Barberton, Ohio, died July 7, 2014 at Pleasant View Health Care Center in Barberton.
Al graduated from Barberton High School and attended John Carroll University. He was a sales representative for Amway products and would be seen frequently walking with his briefcase throughout town. He had a special fondness for the Coffee Pot, where the staff took special care of him.

He was an avid supporter of the Cleveland Indians and the Barberton High School football and basketball teams. He loved many types of music and rarely missed the Friday afternoon polka bands at the Slovene Center. Al regularly attended the Tuesday Noon Kiwanis meeting and played an active role in that organization for many years.
Al was always ready for a family gathering and there were many.
