May 15th, 2014 – July 12th, 2014 (2 Months)

Travis, know that our greatest blessing was having time with you. Heaven's gain was our loss when our angel was taken too soon. He passed surrounded by his loving family who were with him until his last breath.

He is survived by his parents, Brent David Mason and Meghan Eleanor Mason (Shorter) of Medina; grandparents, Mark and Debbie Shorter (Wilhelm) of New Franklin, and David and Marcie Mason (Buza) of Copley; aunts, Anna Shorter and Dawn Wymer (Ross); uncles, Evan Mason, Brian Smith and Mike Smith; great-grandparents, Bob and Mary Buza of Copley, Nila and Sherwood Mason of Akron, Mary Church of Akron and Carlos and Eleanor Shorter of Alliance. He is also survived by numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 16th, 2014 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Cirello and Carr Funeral Home. (39 S Miller Rd, Fairlawn, OH 44333) A service will be held on Thursday, July 17th, 2014 at Cirello and Carr Funeral Home starting at 10 a.m., all are welcome at the service. Travis will be laid to rest at Copley Cemetery in a private family ceremony after the service.

A celebration of his life will be held after, for all family and friends at Fairlawn Community Center (3486 S. Smith Road Fairlawn, OH 44333). The family requests everyone to wear bright colors especially red and blue in honor of Super Travis.

A memorial fund has been setup in Travis' name to help with funeral and medical costs. The family asks in lieu of flowers, check donations be made to the "Travis Brent Mason Memorial Fund" at any Chase bank.
