Barbara Grace (Jarvis) Herrilko Obituary
Barbara Grace (Jarvis) Herrilko

BRIMFIELD -- Barbara Grace (Jarvis) Herrilko, 59, was called home to be with The Lord on July 28, 2014.

Born in Akron, Barbara had lived in Brimfield for the past 16 years. Barb was a successful business woman and along with her husband owned several Subway locations in Akron. She never spoke of her business success but she measured her success by the beauty of her grandbabies that she loved so dearly. Barb never met a stranger she wouldn't talk to. She enjoyed camping, traveling the country with her beloved husband, but more than anything she enjoyed her family.

Barb attended the Akron Baptist Temple and Faith United Methodist Church in Brimfield.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Jarvis and brother, Randy Jarvis.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 26 years, Rod; daughters, Amy (John) Draganic of Stow, Jill Herrilko and Rachel (Michael) Smith, all of Suffield; son, Mike (Angela) Herrilko of Strongsville; grandchildren, Deegan, Gracie, Kylie, Jayce, Cameron, Ethan, Montgomery, MichaelAnn, and Eli; mother, Betty Jarvis of Akron; sisters, Cathy Flaughers of Akron, Marilyn (Dave) Bolt of Green, Diane Conley of West Virginia, Joyce Jarvis of Akron, and Sue (Jerry) Lewis of Copley; brother, Tom (Ruth) Jarvis of Green; mother-in-law, Dolores Herrilko of Twinsburg; many nieces and nephews; and dear friend, Mary Harkness.

Visitation will be 5 until 8 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2014, at the Donovan Funeral Home, 17 Southwest Ave. (on the Historical Tallmadge Circle). Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2014 at the funeral home, with Pastor Ed Holland officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Rheumatoid Patient Foundation at www.Rheum4us.org. In honor of Barb's memory, save a life, say yes to organ donation.
