Signe M. Halliwell (nee Holub and formerly Farr), of Fairlawn, age 51, passed away peacefully January 15, 2013 at her residence.
She was a devoted wife, daughter, sister, mother and grand-mother. Signe was a dispatcher at Panther II Transportation Company and also worked in a number of Akron area restaurants.
She leaves behind, her husband of 14 years, Jim Halliwell; her parents, Judy and Donald Holub; her children, Michelle, Alex, and Dana Farr; and her beloved granddaughters, Lillian Bradley and Gabriella Farr-Jones. Signe will also be missed by her brother, Andrew (JoAnne) Holub and sister, Victoria (David) Petticord, and many friends she made throughout the years.
Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, January 19, at the CATAVOLOS FUNERAL HOME, 3653 W. Market St., Fairlawn, where family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until time of service. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
