Robert Grdina Falconer Obituary
Robert Grdina Falconer, born to Benjamin and Leona Falconer on March 3, 1934, was reunited with them on Jan. 23, 2013.

An Akron native, Bob proudly worked at Goodyear for 43 years and served in the Air Force where he was a jet engine mechanic.

Bob was preceded in death by his brothers, Lee and George and sisters, Beatrice, Ester and Ruth.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary; children, Kay (Chris) Esker, Robert (Melissa) Falconer II, Kim (Loren) Griswold and Mary (Anthony) Williams; grandchildren, Emily, Madeline, Christopher Esker; Matthew Falconer, Michael (Joanna) Simmons, Max, Sam, Ben, Joe and Dan Griswold, and Leland Williams; great-granddaughter, Laylonii Falconer; sister-in-law, Betty Huston; and many loved nieces and nephews.

Bob will be buried in a private ceremony at Western Reserve National Cemetery. All are welcome to a memorial service held on Jan. 28, 2013 starting at 5:30 p.m. at the LDS Chapel-735 N. Revere Rd. in Akron.
