Theodore "Ted" Mullett Obituary
Theodore Lyndell Mullett, 85, passed away on June 27, 2013 in Dearborn, Mich., to join his wife, Catherine Mullett, in the arms of the Lord.

Ted was born on June 11, 1928 in Akron, Ohio. He was a proud World War II veteran and graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Labor Relations and spent most of his life residing in Barberton, where he devoted his time to church, scouting, and family. At the First Presbyterian Church, he was an ordained Deacon, Elder, and Trustee. He retired from Ohio Edison after a long and successful career as a marketing director. In his devotion to scouting, Ted was awarded the Silver Beaver Award, given only to adult leaders who have made an impact on the lives of youth. His love of the outdoors and service to others has inspired many and will live on after his passing.

He was the beloved husband of Catherine Mullett, and beloved father of David (Annette) Mullett of Northville, Mich., Karen (Doug) Wiles of Powell, Ohio, and Robert (Pam) Mullett of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; beloved grandfather of Michelle, Melanie, Marissa, Trinity, Mallory, Claire, Nicole, Andrew, and Brittany.

Friends are asked to attend a memorial service at Campfield Hickman Collier Funeral Home in Barberton on Sunday, June 30 at 2 P.M. (566 W. Park Ave, Barberton, Ohio 44203).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Boy Scout Troop 101 at the First Presbyterian Church (636 W. Park Ave, Barberton, Ohio 44203-2414).
