Bob was born in Akron and lived most of his life in Manchester and the last six years in Doylestown. He graduated from Hower High School and retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. Bob was an avid boater and loved watching his granddaughters play sports. He was also a proud Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Anna; and father-in-law, Joseph Bailey; survivors include his loving wife, Judith A.; sons, Joseph E. (Sherrie), Michael (Candice Stefan), and Robert T. (Tracy); daughter, Angela R. (Brian) Zele, and Stephanie L. Toth; grandchildren, Carrie (Tony) Brown, Joseph, Tori, Danielle, Ashtin, Madison, Emma, Jessica, and Megan Toth, and Laken Zele; great-grandchildren, Isaac, and Camden; brothers, Richard (Ginger), and James (Margaret); mother in law, Margaret Bailey; sister-in-law, Geri (Larry) Overton; and numerous nieces, and nephews.
Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 from 12 to 1 p.m. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton, followed by a Funeral Service at 1 p.m., Rev. Fleary Spurlock officiating. www.silva-hostetler.com
