BARBERTON -- Raymond G. Gradisher, 82, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 1, 2013.
Ray was born in Wadsworth and was a Barberton resident all his life where he retired as a Master Bricklayer. He was a member of the Bricklayers Union, was an avid reader and loved golfing and the Cleveland Indians and Browns.
Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann; and son, Timothy; Survivors include his children, Rebecca Spegal of Florida, Richard of Barberton, Raymond (Nonie) of Nevada, Suzanne Gradisher of Barberton, Connie (Tracey) McAndrew of Michigan and Christine (Carlos) Mejia of Barberton; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers Tony, Thom (Pam) and Bill (Ellen); and sisters, Martha (Jon) Krance and Natalie Genet.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 4, 2013 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 1263 Shannon Ave., Norton. Rev. Robert Jackson celebrant. Interment at Lakewood Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held TONIGHT from 5 to 7 p.m. at the SILVA-HOSTETLER FUNERAL HOME, 1199 Wooster Rd. West, Barberton.
