Gaynelle H. Bailey
Gaynelle H. Bailey, 87, went home to be with the Lord February 6, 2014.
She was born in Richmond, Va. She had been employed at General Motors, was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Usher Board, ICUA, Joyful Seniors Club and was one of the oldest members of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by son, Roger Bailey and brother, Joseph Bailey, she is survived by niece, Yvonne J. Oregon of Cleveland, Ohio; great-nieces, Kia Johnson and Kenya Oregon; three great-great-nieces; special friends, Carol S. Greer, Mr. and Mrs. Nathinel Biggins of McDonald, Ohio, Cheryl Singletary, Reshawna Grant, Hazel Smith, all of Akron, and the Sales Family; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 442 Bell St., with Pastor Jeffery A. Dennis officiating. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service; ICUA service at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Glendale Cemetery. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 613 Wildwood Ave. 44320.
