Donald Donell Carter, Jr. (aka DaDa) was born on May 10, 1996 in Akron, Ohio to his father, Donald Donell Carter, Sr., and mother, Diane Mills-Davis.
He is survived by mother, Diane Mills-Davis (Sean); father, Donald Donell Carter Sr. (Euniece); sisters, Lashara Black, Lovely Walden (James), Shaniya Carter, Ashaunti Carter; brothers, Marquez Fisk, Dezmen, De'Javon, Antoine Sykes; grandparents, Donald Davis, Geraldine Davis and Margaret Jones; great- grandmother/mother, Velma Winfield and Jimmie Lee Davis; great-grandfather/pops, Nathan Winfield Sr.; great- great-grandmother, Zula Carter; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 12 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church, 940 McKinley Ave., Akron, Ohio 44306. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service. Pastor Lorenzo Glenn, eulogizing. Interment at Glendale cemetery.

Donald it;s a year later and it's so hard acceptig that you're gone. Only God kows the pain that i have felt due to you leaving. Maybe I should've, could've loved you more...but I loved you like you were my son that I never had. I truly truly miss you. Ithe wind theblows on my face I hear yu telling me how you appreciated me. I am so sorry for your lost.Donald always had a way of making me smile and brightening my day. Had him in the classroom and he would always come to me and want pistachio's so I would go and buy them for him. Great guy
