Earl and Lynn Ward will always be remembered by me as very good friends to a lot of people. True friends that had a listening ear, a smile, and a joke to make you laugh. They both enjoyed one another and their life together as a couple. I hope Lynn is riding with Earl on his bike enjoying life in Heaven.

We've know Earl for over 30 years. I must say Earl was one of the most unique people we've ever know. He & Lynn loved our kids as if they were their own. They were always there for us any time. Earl loved life & life loved Earl. He spent many hours at our house for meals & fellowship. I will never forget the time in the middle of an ice storm he was helping one of the neighbors get up to our house. There was Earl in shorts & his boots sliding all over our driveway. Dinner was late that nite because it took him & Jo so long to get up our icy hill. Our 48th street gang is dwindling, but we have fond memories of all of our friends. Will miss you Earl!! I know you will still be having fun.

We did not know Earl that long.
He was a gentle giant ready for a laugh.
So long, Earl...

I'll always remember his big ol' hockey helmet that he wore while riding his scooter. Had some good conversations with him over a cup of coffee.

I knew Earl through the coffe shop where we all gathered to visit and enjoy a new knife or two. George, Ken, Lonnie, Stew ,and Jeff were just a few that always seemed there. Enjoyed the stories that Ken and Earl always told. RIP

I met Earl in 1960, when he was working at a barber shop. We started riding motorcycles togather in 1969, and have been friends all these years. One of my favorite memories of Earl is from a ride through Arkansas. We were on our way back to Lake Tenkiller, to camp for the night, and got caught in a downpour. When we stopped under a bridge to rest a moment, Earl climbed up the concrete embankment , and sat down to get the water out of his boots. When I looked over at him, he had both legs up in the air, and water was pouring out of his riding boots. I will carry that, and many, many good memories with me , till we meet again.

I had only known Earl for a short time but I knew him as a very dear man...kind-hearted, loving and I know he's in heaven now with Lynn. May you rest in peace, Earl.

I lived next door to Earl and Lynn in WarrAcres back in the 80's. He was such a good guy and was always concerned about your welfare. He enjoyed my two kids Matt and Emily, even chasing Matt with a weedeater at times! Lol. He loved all the kids on 48th Street for that matter. He will be missed. I bet Lynn welcomed him with open arms.
